The Contracts Manager will be responsible for management of the contracting process including the review and revision of contracts/documents, the negotiation and administration of contracts with government, government contractors and subcontractors. They will be responsible for the maintenance of the contracts database and corresponding documentation. Should have experience with Subcontract Management and related contractual documents. The Contracts Analyst will also assist in Government Furnished Property management, proposal preparation and project management.

Bachelors or higher in Business Related Discipline
At least 5 years relevant work experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of FARS and DFARS clauses
Proficiency with MS Office programs and Adobe PDF files
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
