Qualitative Requirements
Use of modelling and simulation tools such as ModelSim or ActiveHDL
Ability to work in a dynamic government laboratory environment
Self-starter with strong work ethic
Must be able to work with minimal instruction and be willing/able to define effort as work progresses
Desired Qualifications
Working experience with ASIC, Verilog, and VHDL
Experience with formal methods
Experience with SystemVerilog or PSL
Experience with TCL
Experience with object-oriented languages
Experience in development of DoD systems
Active U.S. Security Clearance
Educational and Experience Requirements
At a minimum, coursework. A strong candidate will have many projects with heavy emphasis on hardware verification using simulators and/or formal methods. A strong candidate will have ability to discuss verification methodologies and critical points of interest that guided the previous processes they have used.
