Job Description
Position Duties
- Scheduling interviews
- Reviewing employment applications
- Contacting potential candidates
- Conducting applicant reference checks
- Coordinating the scheduling and completion of new hire paperwork
- Greeting guests and clients with enthusiasm
- Conducting new hire orientation facility tours
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Conducting daily facility checks
- Coordinating general facility maintenance issues
- Assisting in maintaining office cleanliness
- Assisting with meeting preparation and clean-up
- Assisting with furniture assembly
- Facilitating package and mail sending/receiving
- Other duties, as assigned

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines at once
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
Enhancing Skills and Abilities
- Experience with DoD contractors
- Experience in facility maintenance
- Experience with recruitment software
- Experience with proposals
- Experience with video production software
