Description of QA plan:
ECI uses a mature Quality Assurance program to ensure delivery of a quality product to the customer through close monitoring of project and support activity. By evaluating work products and processes throughout the development lifecycle, QA helps keep all activity focused on providing robust software, hardware, and support solutions which meet or exceed identified requirements. This QA program uses Work Product, Process, and Follow-up audits to comprehensively review projects and support functions. These audits verify that each solution is also thoroughly evaluated through a comprehensive quality control effort, tested both throughout cyclical development and again independently prior to delivering the end product. This combined approach results in polished, high-quality products and services which exceed customer expectations.
